I used Dr. Natura's Colonix cleansing and I have to say that it worked reasonably well. It was a little more expensive than other cleansing systems, so I expected great results from it. During the first two weeks, I started to get horrible headaches and constant diarrhea. It was quite embarrassing to check for bathrooms, when I was in public. It got the point that I wouldn't leave my apartment, because I was afraid I was going to have an accident. Everything eventually cleared up, but the Colonix program takes almost three months to complete. It was a struggle for the first month or two. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone unless you have two months of time to stay at home. I know from my experiences that my personal life really suffered from Colonix.
