On a recent visit with my doggie to the vet I was told that by keeping her slim and at the proper weight she will enjoy an extended life.  I began to research if the same held true for us humans.

Apparently extending the life of a mammal is under-nutrition without malnutrition. Studies with mice indicate  that if you reduce caloric intake to 60% they will live almost twice as long and have a much lower risk of developing tumors.

Studies on humans do not indicate the same life extension, however, it is well documented that being over weight has much greater risk for heart disease and other life threatening diseases.  Keeping your weight within the recommended guidelines by eating the right foods, a well balanced diet and moderate exercise will not compromise your projected lifespan.

A fat filled diet will clog your digestive system and fill your body with undesirable toxins.  Optimum colon health will not only assist with weight loss, however, it may prove to be a life extender as well.  For your colon health try Co-Clean tablets.
