If you feel the need to eat more protein, many restaurants, including fast food drive-thrus, offer salads with grilled chicken.

Taking a logical approach to eliminate the bad foods in favor of colon healthy foods will lead to a simpler plan for a healthier diet that will work for you for the rest of your life.
