There are many ways methods to go about cleansing a colon fasting is a good way to accomplish this but probably also one of the most intense and difficult routes to take.
There are much easier and better ways to do a colon cleanse.
I will outline in 10 steps the way to do a colon cleanse fast. This is called the Apple Detox Fast and all you can eat during this fast is red apples. This fast can last 3-10 days. I recommend you do need exceed 10 days on this fast.
Step 1
When preparing for your fast it is important to eat lightly the first few days before you actually start to fast. I know it must be tempting to go all out and have a last big meal but you must resist.
Step 2
Go to the grocery store and buy a lot of red apples. You are going to be living off of these for awhile during this fast so make sure you buy enough to last you a few days so you don’t have to come back for more. Also, make sure they are red apples and not green or some other kind. You are also going to have to buy some enemas.
Step 3
You will start your first day by drinking a full glass of water in the morning when you wake up.
Step 4
After you drink a glass of water go and make yourself some green tea with some lemon in it. Green tea has powerful anti oxidants that will help you remove the toxins from your system and lemon also acts as an appetite suppressant and calms cravings. Believe me you will need as much help calming your cravings during this fast so the lemon helps a lot.
Step 5
Go ahead and try to eat an apple or two for breakfast.
Step 6
Throughout the day make sure you drink plenty of water. You will want to stay hydrated during this fast and all the water you drink will assist you in flushing out all the toxins from your body.
Step 7
When you feel hungry go ahead and have an apple. Feel free to eat as many apples as you like because actually the more of them you can eat the better the fast will work for you. Try to eat a MINIMUM of 6 a day. It shouldn’t be hard because the apples won’t keep you from being hungry for very long so you might find yourself eating anywhere from 10-15 a day.
Step 8
In the evening time drink another cup of green tea with lemon juice.
Step 9
Use an enema and then make a bowel movement.
Step 10
Repeat this process each day for the duration of the fast.
