For example, one of the answers on their FAQ list states that this product can be taken forever. On their TOS & Privacy Policy they provide list of herbs that are not for long-term use yet many these herbs are found in their own product. We also found that the standard shipping time for this product is 10-14 business days within the United States. Customers wait about three weeks for a single bottle. Their cancellation policy states that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and advises customers to order carefully. In order to receive a refund, you must receive a RMA number that can only be provided online, no RMA are provided by phone. One of our reviewers thought the formula sounded a little familiar and when we checked our database, we found that the Ultimate Colon Cleanse is precisely the same as Colonix. Now Colonix has been selling their product for a long time, so it's possible that UCC just bought a bottle and ripped off the Supplement Facts from Colonix and went to a manufacturer and said, "make us some of this!", but we're not sure. (Full Disclosure Alert: UCC's Internal Cleansing Fiber has 1 mg of sodium less than the Colonix Internal Cleanser. Was that a typo or intentional? One of the main complaints about Colonix was that the instructions were hard to follow. Ultimate Colon Cleanse seems to have solved that problem by eliminating the directions!
